Obigwe condemns allegation against Army, commends Gov Obiano’s quick response

Chinedu Obigwe, the national coordinator of the APGA Media Warriors
Forum, has condemned the well-orchestrated blackmail that followed the
reach of the Nigerian army in Ozubulu, adding that the rapid response of
the administration led by Governor Willie Obiano and the professional
